1. Who We Are

Reva (“Reva,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI-powered receptionist platform operated by Reva Reach, LLC. We provide automated missed-call follow-up and appointment-booking services to local service businesses (“Clients”) on behalf of their customers (“End Users”). Our platform sends SMS messages and makes automated follow-up calls when a Client misses an inbound call.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about End Users who interact with Reva-powered messaging, and about Clients who subscribe to our platform.

2. Information We Collect

From End Users (callers / leads)

  • Phone number — collected automatically when you call a Reva-enabled business line.
  • Name — if you provide it during an SMS conversation.
  • Email address — if you provide it during an SMS or email interaction.
  • SMS message content — the text of messages exchanged between you and the Reva AI.
  • Call metadata — call timestamp, duration, and call status (missed, busy, no-answer).
  • Appointment details — date, time, and type of service if you book through Reva.
  • Opt-out status — whether you have replied STOP or otherwise opted out of messaging.

From Clients (business owners)

  • Business name, contact email, and phone number.
  • Billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store raw card numbers).
  • Business settings: timezone, hours of operation, Cal.com booking link, service descriptions.
  • Usage data: number of leads, messages sent, and appointments booked.

Automatically collected

  • Log data: IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited on our web application.
  • Cookies and session tokens used for authentication (managed by Clerk).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send automated SMS follow-up messages on behalf of the Client whose number you called.
  • Generate AI-powered responses to your questions about the Client’s services.
  • Book appointments and send confirmations on the Client’s behalf.
  • Honor opt-out requests and maintain your opt-out status permanently.
  • Provide Clients with a dashboard showing lead activity, conversation history, and analytics.
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, subscription notices) to Clients.
  • Comply with legal obligations, including TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements.
  • Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and maintain platform security.

We do not use End User data to train AI models for any purpose other than responding to that End User’s own conversation with the Client’s Reva-powered assistant.

4. SMS Messaging Practices

Reva sends SMS messages on behalf of local service businesses. By calling a phone number that uses Reva, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from that business through the Reva platform. Message frequency varies based on your interactions — typically 1–5 messages per inquiry.

Message & data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan.

To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any Reva message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Your opt-out is recorded permanently and applies to all future campaigns from that Client.

For help: Reply HELPto any Reva message. You will receive a response with the Client’s contact information and a link to this privacy policy.

Reva complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA messaging guidelines, and all applicable A2P 10DLC registration requirements. We maintain records of all opt-in and opt-out events.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or consent records with any third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With the Client whose number you called — so they can view your lead status, conversation, and any booked appointments.
  • With service providers — Twilio (SMS/voice delivery), OpenAI (AI response generation), Resend (email), Cal.com (appointment scheduling), Stripe (billing), and Supabase (database hosting). Each provider is bound by confidentiality obligations and processes data only as directed by us.
  • For legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes, ever.

6. Data Retention

End User data (phone number, messages, lead status) is retained for as long as the Client’s account is active, plus 90 days after account termination, after which it is deleted from our systems. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor your opt-out preferences.

Client account data is retained for the duration of the subscription and 30 days following cancellation to allow for data export.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, row-level security policies, and strict access controls. Our platform is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Vercel, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

9. Children’s Privacy

Reva is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@revareach.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify Clients of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Reva after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
